Occupancy Certificate...almost in now.

BREAKING NEWS -  The occupancy certificate is now issued, just need the bank to make the final payment and we can move in. Phew...it will be so good after the past 36 weeks.

    Thanks Che, The longest 36 weeks of my life ....it's up to the bank now - trying to push them for the final payment early this week.
