Bank Loan documents signed today

Picked up the bank loan documents today, took them into Ashford Homes for their  sign off of the deposit/banking info, this was all done around 11.30am.
While  there I spoke with C and she raised some issues with the shelving / theatre room doors and the window in the kitchen.  They tried to claim an extra variation due to the windows needs to be toughened glass to retain the one window 3000x600mm.  The other option was to place a mullion in there , which we totally rejected.
They priced the window as a separate item and if there is an omission on their part - it's up to them to fix the error at their cost as per HIA contract item 16.3

Let see what feedback I get on the email I sent them today.
